KidSport allows eligible WA children aged 5-18 years to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance towards club fees.
Download and complete the application form below for each child (who is listed on a valid health care or pensioner concession card). Once completed you should hand the form to Westnam United FC representative who will lodge the application on the child’s behalf
